Our programs provide staff with simple, effective and easy to implement personal safety strategies and self-defence techniques to keep them safer and more empowered.

Your staff may feel vulnerable en route to or from work, because they are public facing, work with at risk communities, or face inherent risks in their roles. LiveSafe workshops provide staff with implementable strategies, techniques and skills to keep themselves safe on and off company time.

LiveSafe Corporate Packages

60-minute Session

Option 1: Personal Safety Presentation

A 60-minute presentation on avoidance and prevention strategies.

Option 2: Self Defence Session

60-minute self defence session including an introduction to avoidance and prevention strategies.

90-minute Session

120-minute Session

Option 1: Self Defence Session

120-minutes of self defence training including some education on avoidance and prevention strategies.

Option 2: Personal Safety Presentation & Self Defence Session

45-minute presentation on avoidance and prevention strategies followed by 75 minutes of self defence training.

* One of our most popular programs. This package includes a series of post session videos for participants to embed and assist with implementing the strategies.
